NHSHFM Golf Outing Terms & Conditions

In consideration of being permitted to enter and play in the New Hampshire Society of Healthcare Facility Managers (NHSHFM) golf outing, all registered players hereby release and discharge NHSHFM, and their officers, agents and employees, of and from any and all manner of claims for injuries or losses, arising out of, or in connection with, the 2025 NHSHFM Golf Outing. Participants in the golf tournament are exclusively responsible for their own health condition, skill level, weather risks and risks caused by other players and the conditions of the golf carts and playing grounds and should retire or not play if they see or believe there are any risks. Golf tournament cancellations due to severe weather will be the judgment call of the NHSHFM golf committee and golf course staff.

Payment: Registrations that have opted to pay be invoice, these payments are due in full by September 5, 2025. Please send check payments made payable to NHSHFM to: 801 Maple St., Manchester, NH 03104-3212.

Cancellations: All sponsorship sales are final. For foursomes and individual player registrations, a full refund (minus $25.00 admin fee) will be given for written requests received on or before August 15, 2025. No refunds will be granted after August 15, 2025. Cancellations must be received in writing from the original registrant to TkhTb2NpZXR5SENGTSB8IGdtYWlsICEgY29t. No cancellations will be taken by phone. While registration is free for Active Members, we ask that you please follow the above cancellation guidelines. Active Members who do not cancel prior to the August 15 deadline and do not attend the tournament will be responsible for a $85.00 single player fee.
