THE MEADOWS ANNUAL B-B-Q and Pot Luck
SATURDAY August 16th, 2025
1:00 – 4:00 Games
50-50 DRAW tickets will be available.
Who- All Meadows Residents are welcome to join and have some fun
Bring any family or friends that are interested.
Where- We are going to set up in the large green space at the north end of the park
Games- There will be 3 sets of Cornhole boards, Washer Toss and Bocce Ball
If there are other residents that have yard games, please bring them
What to bring- Bring your lawn chairs and bring your own beverages
If you aren't interested in playing any games, come out and be a spectator and socialize with everyone
If washroom facilities are required, please return to your own trailer
4:00- 6:00 LET'S EAT!
BBQ hamburgers, & hot dogs, up at the Rec Hall (BYO drinks)
Please bring a side dish, salad or dessert to add to the meal
Hope to see everyone come out for an enjoyable afternoon.
Note: Please reply with how many are going to be there for the Supper so we can ensure we have enough food for everyone.
