Howl O'Ween: Canine Costume Contest!

Join Parks & Rec for a Canine Costume Contest at Potso Dog Park on October 25. A celebrity panel of judges will be on hand to award prizes for best costume.

Free | Register on-site at the event
Check-in is between 10:30-11 AM. Judging begins promptly at 11 AM. Those arriving after 11 AM will not be eligible to enter the contest.
Stop by the Cascade Veterinary booth at Howl O’Ween to donate to A Safe Place, a shelter for women, children and pets. You can also drop off items at Cascade Veterinary Referral Center during the month of October.

- Best ‘in show’ costume (overall)
- Most creative/innovative/original costume
- Best family/group costume
- Best celebrity/movie character costume
- Cutest costume
- Best owner/dog look alike costume
