Join us for Sweatsgiving — a 75-minute class designed to help you move, breathe, and connect before the day begins.
This class is free and open to all — members, friends, and anyone who wants to start the holiday with intention (and a good sweat!).
Whether you’re a longtime yogi or it’s your first time stepping on the mat, this is a welcoming space to pause, give thanks, and start the day feeling grounded and energized.
What to Bring:
Your mat (we have extras if needed)
Water
An open heart and gratitude for the season
