The Sweet Stuff, Part Two: Electuaries, Honeys, Lozenges & Lollies Because medicine can be both eff

In Part Two of our sweet herbal adventure, we’re getting even more creative (and tasty). This class covers electuaries, infused honeys, herbal lozenges, and even medicinal lollipops—perfect for kids and adults who like their remedies with a spoonful of sugar (or honey).

You’ll learn how to blend herbs with sweet mediums to make shelf-stable, effective medicine that’s as enjoyable to take as it is to make. As always, students will receive recipes, instructions, and handouts—and you’ll take home everything you make in class. Come ready to stir, shape, and sample your way to herbal sweetness!
