Tai Chi with Dan Song

In this lively 35-minute Chen-Style Tai Chi for Kids/Tweens session, award-winning educator Master Song introduces children to the graceful world of Tai Chi through playful barehand forms, safe foam swords, and soft practice blades.

The class blends movement, mindfulness, and imagination—helping kids strengthen balance, focus, and emotional control. It’s a joyful, hands-on experience where active kids learn calm discipline and shy kids discover confidence through fun, creative motion.
