Join Awa of Afro Gourmets for an intimate evening exploring the art of Moroccan preserved lemons a staple ingredient deeply rooted in North African cuisine and culinary history.
During the workshop, Awa will guide guests step-by-step through the lemon preservation process, sharing stories of her background and the broader history of Black culture and food traditions along the way.
