Phantoms of the Galleries 2025

Join Science North and the Thunder Bay Museum for Phantoms of the Galleries – a spine-chilling guided tour of Thunder Bay’s haunted history! 🔦🚶‍♂️ From October 23–25 (evening sessions), small groups (max 10 people) will explore the museum’s galleries and encounter the phantom figures of real local crimes. This in-person, timed-ticket event ($18 per person) offers a ~45-minute tour, complete with creepy storytelling and a few surprise “Science North” breather stops to catch your curiosity between scares.

This event is not geared towards youth audiences; it includes descriptions of murder, jump scares, and could cause significant mental stress. Please use your best judgment for you and your guests.

If you survive your tour, visit the Museum's gift shop to pick up some great gifts, including books about historical murders by local author Kim Casey.
