Join Erin for a deeply restorative evening under the luminous energy of December’s full moon. Through the soothing vibrations of the gong and crystal singing bowls, you’ll be guided to release stagnant energy, restore balance, and reconnect with your inner calm as we close out the year with intention and clarity.

Cost: $22 + HST per person

What to Bring:
• Yoga mat
• Water bottle
• Blanket or bolster (optional)
• Eye mask (optional)
• An open heart and anything you’re ready to release
