Full Moon Healing Sound Bath
Monday, October 7th | 7–9 PM

Join Erin for a deeply restorative evening under the energy of October’s full moon. Through the soothing vibrations of the gong and crystal singing bowls, you’ll be guided to gently release what no longer serves you, recharge your energy, and reconnect with your inner light.

Cost: $22 + HST per person

What to Bring:
• Yoga mat
• Water bottle
• Blanket or bolster (optional)
• Eye mask (optional)
• A list of what you’re ready to release & manifest
