Empty Bowls T Bay SIT-DOWN fundraising event

Thank you for supporting the 25th annual Empty Bowls Thunder Bay fundraising event in support of Shelter House Thunder Bay and the Thunder Bay Food Bank.

This pre-paid booking is for the SIT-DOWN event only.

Here's what you need to know:

• The event has been moved to the MOOSE HALL in solidarity with the contributions of OPSEU Local 731 members, and the contributions they make to events held at Confederation College.
• Please tell your friends who purchased tickets prior to October 2nd about the location change!
• Doors open, and Bowl Selection will begin, at 4:00 pm. Select a locally handcrafted pottery bowl to take home as a reminder of those who struggle with food insecurity and have nothing but an Empty Bowl.
• Welcome address and dinner around 5:30 pm
• Enjoy a simple meal of soup and bread, along with desserts, donated by local eateries.

• Bring cash for raffles and additional items for sale, to boost fundraising efforts.
• Donate a non-perishable food item to the Shelter House Food Drive.

AVOID TICKET FEES: Purchase tickets - CASH ONLY - at Fireweed Crafts, The Clay Collective NWO, Rose N Crantz Roasting Co, or Up Shot Coffeehouse.

FEELING UNWELL ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT?: If you are feeling unwell, or experiencing any cold or flu symptoms, please note that your prepaid sit-down booking will also be honoured at the Outdoor Take Out event taking place at the East Entrance of Confederation College Shuniah Building from 1:30 – 3:00 pm, also on Sunday, October 19th
