You’ll be guided through a gentle reflection and intention-setting practice for the season ahead, followed by a hands-on opportunity to create your own stunning Christmas amaryllis centerpiece — a symbol of beauty, light, and renewal during the darker months.
We’ll close with a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra session, inviting rest, gratitude, and inner calm to carry with you into the holidays.
