Refund Policy

• Ticket’s cannot be refunded or exchanged after purchase except as required by law or as otherwise specified by TEDxPunkunnam Thrissur. Ticket exchanges may be permitted under certain conditions and as required by law (including the Consumer Protection Act), in which case fees may apply.

• You will only be entitled to a refund where the event is cancelled by TEDxPunkunnam Thrissur. In this case, refunds will be paid to the original ticket purchaser, proof of identity and proof of purchase may be required and refunds will be applied to the original payment method or as otherwise suitable.

• If a cancellation occurs, refunds will be limited to the face value of the ticket plus GST. You will not be reimbursed for any third party ticketing fees charged by BookMyShow or any auxiliary expenses in connection with your attendance at a cancelled event. You may wish to take out ticket and/or travel insurance for such expenses.
