We are delighted to be able to organise our annual Christmas Market and Lights Switch On.
Although the cost of using Penny’s Walk for Charity Community Events has been prohibitive, thanks to Ferndown Town Council and Dorset Council, we have the whole of Penny’s Lodge Car Park. Behind the Barrington Centre.
Christmas in Ferndown is our Community Event for all the family with market stalls, live entertainment, children’s rides, refreshments and the absolute must…. Santa’s Grotto!
Santa’s Grotto will again be in the Barrington Centre and Santa will welcome children of all ages. For a modest fee of just £5 per child. The children will receive a present from Santa, whilst parents can take advantage of the photo opportunity.
Our friends from Forest FM will be playing music and broadcasting throughout the day.
At the end of the day the traditional “Switch On” of the Christmas Tree Lights will take place.
We hope that this will signal the start of a Very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year for everyone.
