Inspired by a true story of synchronicity, connection, and the quiet wisdom of nature, this workshop invites participants on a journey from perceived wounding to wholeness. Together, we will gently examine old patterns and limiting beliefs, and begin the process of rewiring them in a more compassionate and empowering light.
Using the butterfly as a guiding metaphor, we’ll explore how to nurture our inner selves, trust in the unfolding of our healing, and step into our full potential, wings spread wide, ready to soar.
What to expect:
Opening Circle – Connect through story, reflection, and optional sharing
Journaling – Explore synchronicities and your own “hurt wing” moments (please bring a journal)
Butterfly Medicine Art – Guided meditation + create your own symbolic butterfly piece (materials included)
Embodied Practice – Breathwork, inner dance, and yin yoga inspired by the butterfly’s life cycle
Closing Ritual – Affirmations, writing “My wings are ready to…,” and a symbolic release
