To ensure safety and best experience:

Fast 8–10 hours before the ceremony (water is okay till 3 hours before the ceremony )

Avoid alcohol, drugs, and heavy food for 24 hours before

Wear comfortable clothing

Come with a clear intention and an open heart

This is a spiritual/wellness ceremony, not medical treatment.

Not recommended if you are pregnant, have serious heart conditions, or major health concerns or under any medicatio.
