Step into a winter wonderland with this curated seasonal experience in the heart of Niagara.
We begin with a guided snowshoe hike through the quiet beauty of Short Hills Provincial Park, where rolling forest trails, frozen creeks, and snow-dusted escarpment views create a serene backdrop for adventure. Moving at a comfortable pace, we’ll take time to breathe in the crisp winter air, enjoy the stillness of the forest, and connect with nature during one of its most peaceful seasons.
After warming up on the trails, we transition from outdoor adventure to refined indulgence with a private wine tasting at the renowned Henry of Pelham Winery. In an intimate setting, you’ll sample a selection of estate wines while learning about the region’s unique terroir and winemaking process. The experience is perfectly paired with an individual charcuterie cup, thoughtfully prepared to complement the wines and provide a cozy, satisfying finish to the day.
This winter outing blends movement, nature, and local flavours—an ideal way to embrace the season while enjoying both adventure and comfort.
