Very important before the session:

• Do not eat anything dense 3 hours before the session. If you feel that you are very hungry, eat something light, like fruit for example or drink coconut water. Much better if you come fasting or during/after a detox to be cleansed & vibrating at a higher frequncy.

Info: Check-in, remove shoes, choose spot and use the restroom. It has been decided that this is sacred safe space so please honor no cell phones/no cameras

Info: Eye gazing is welcome for communication/non-verbal solitude time while sound bowls are being played

Info: The participants lay down on their mat with eye covered or eyes closed to use imagination/visualisation. The intuitive activation playlist begins.

Info: The Kundalini & Non-dual transmission will be guided with meditation, breathing techniques with activation music. The participant lays down on their back to fully surrender to the intelligent energy. Natural movement welcome, i.e., kriyas, hand mudras for chi circulation, self- reiki and then you are welcome to move to your stomach or fetal position. Keep in mind you have eye covers on so stay safely on your mat - the facilitator and Sound Healer will always keep you safe and divinely supported

Info: Arrive back in your physical body and use this window of time to slowly come out of the meditation. Solitude time and eye gazing is welcome as well as journaling and drawing to capture/remember any visualisations or memories you had while in activation and transmissions. This time is also for self-care, self massage (That's Kava massage lotion provided) self reiki or raise your hand for trigger point release or assisted stretching)
