Hot Flashes & Cold Drinks with Elevated Menopause Care is a free speaker series/Q&A for women—and their partners—seeking accurate information about perimenopause, menopause, and sex in midlife.

Led by Dr. Jordan Mendoza, a board-certified OB/GYN, Menopause Society Certified Practitioner, ISSWSH Fellow, and local mom of three who’s navigating her own midlife adventures, this event offers real talk in a relaxed, welcoming space.
