Orienteering at Drumlanrig - Local event & AGM

Orienteering events restart at this popular venue on the 13th Sept.

Our usual 3 courses will be on offer
Short (Yellow) - (for beginners and young families) - course is mainly on or close to paths/line features
Medium (Orange/light Green) - (for those who have some orienteering experience)
Long (Green) - (for those who are experienced orienteers)

Parking will be in the lower car park area in Drumlanrig (to the north of the Castle). Forest access is restricted to the southern section. You can see the location on the following link http://streetmap.co.uk/map?X=285425&Y=599114&A=Y&Z=115

The start times will run from 10:30 to 12:00.

Courses close at 13:30.

Cost for members is £5 per adult, £2.50 per junior. Non members are welcome to take part but there is a £2 surcharge for adult non-members and £1 surcharge for juniors.

This event will be followed by the club AGM.
