🍽️ Fighting Hunger LocallyA portion of proceeds will support The Vine Ministry, a Chester County organization committed to helping our neighbors overcome food insecurity with dignity and compassion.

🍏 Reducing Food Waste, One Dish at a TimeDid you know that apples are one of the most commonly wasted foods in America? Often discarded for minor blemishes or overproduction, they frequently go uneaten. This menu transforms what might be tossed into something extraordinary — embracing peel, pulp, core, and spirit in dishes both savory and sweet.

🤝 Breaking Bread, Building CommunityAt the heart of this evening is connection. Guests will sit at shared tables, enjoy thoughtful conversation, and forge new friendships over a lovingly crafted, apple-infused three-course meal served in the historic, intimate setting of the Buchanan Mansion.
