Community Resource Fair for End of Life Issues

Join Archbold Hospice as we explore the different avenues of Death and Life and allow you to make educated decisions with the help of professionals. A group of community representatives will be present to talk and answer any questions you may have about their services at end of life. Among the presenters are:

- Archbold Hospice
- Kevin Cates, Patient Advocate, sharing about Advanced Directives
- Life Link, sharing about organ donation
- Rich Curtis, and teacher, hospice volunteer and end-of-life doula
- Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, sharing about body donation
- Local funeral homes

Refreshments will be served.
