Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
1. Why the joining point is Mangalore, why not anywhere in Kerala?
A. Long 15+ hours of journey in Tempo traveller and Interstate tax will make the trips costly (above 6500rs). So it's better to choose your own comfort mode of transport and make the trip more cost-effective. Also, not all are joining from Kerala, people from other states too joining. So picking up from everywhere is not possible.
2. Will I get any companions to travel from my city?
Of course, once you register and pay, you will get added to the group of traveller who is in for this trip. There you can see other people who travelling from your city
3. Do we need to carry our bags everywhere?
A. No. During the stay, you can keep the bag at your room.
4. Can I take my kid along with me on this trip?
A. Yes but the charges depending on the age group
5. Do I need to carry any blankets?
A. No hotel will provide pillows, blankets and other necessities for the stay
6. Will, there be a signal for mobile network but it may not be stable

7. After payment, if I cancel the trip, will I get a refund?
A. It's strictly as per cancellation policy which is written below. So please read it before making any payment after registration
8. Will it be raining during this trip?
A. Yes, mostly as its a monsoon destination
9. Is there any trek included in this trip?
A. Yes there is a small trek to Kavaladurga Fort but if you have any inconvenience, you can stay back at downhills till the team come back after the trek.
Know before you go!
1. It's a rural area with limited opportunities for shopping.
2. Please stick to time schedule as its a two day trip covering multiple destinations
Carry a water bottle so that you can refill.
3. We will stick to our time schedule and we will not be waiting for any late running trains/buses. Please book your tickets accordingly
4. No reimbursement will be provided for any services of the trip that remain unused.
5. We will be using Goods Carriage vehicle for transportation from the down hill of Kundadri
6. Since this is a monsoon trip, it will not be canceled due to rain unless road conditions become impassable or travel is deemed unsafe. In the event of a cancellation for such reasons, our standard refund policy will apply — no refunds will be provided for cancellations caused by unforeseen circumstances, including natural disasters, lockdowns, or other emergencies.
Cancellation Policy

1. For cancellations done prior to the 30 days or more of the date of departure, initial deposit amount or 25% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
2. For cancellations done between 29 days to 15 days prior to the date of departure, 50% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
3. For cancellations done between 14 days to 8 days of the tour, 75% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
4. For cancellations done within 8 days of the tour, 100% cancellation charges will apply and you will receive no refunds.
5. No refund of money is admissible on cancellations due to any type of contingencies or unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to natural calamities, lockdowns, any covid induced scenarios or otherwise
