Game day just got an upgrade! Join us for a hands-on charcuterie workshop where you’ll create your own tailgating-inspired board loaded with Southern flair. We’ll guide you step-by-step through building a beautiful (and delicious!) spread featuring favorites like pimento dip, pretzels, pickled okra, pickle-wrapped salami, headcheese, spiced nuts, and more. You’ll learn the art of arranging cheese, charcuterie, and fun snacks so your board looks as good as it tastes.

You’ll take your board home with you ready to enjoy that evening or save for Sunday’s big game. Whether you’re an LSU fan, a foodie, or just love a good snack spread, this class is the perfect way to kick off football season.
