Pilates through Menopause

Menopause is a normal part of aging for women. Yet woman may not feel so ‘normal’ as they go through this phase of their life. Some woman experience fewer symptoms than others. We are all unique travelling a similar yet different path.

This 3 hour workshop will give you some key information of the how and what to expect as you or your female clients age. We will look at suitable repertoire for this select population as they travel the road ~ which may be bumpy!
