Join The Frugal Fig and bring the delicious smells of Autumn into your home.
Learn how to make a focaccia that is soft, fluffy and satisfyingly chewy.

In this two hour hands on workshop you will be guided through the necessary steps of fermentation, kneading, inclusions and shaping a beautiful yeasty dough to bake at home.

Each student will leave with a traditional focaccia and a sweet apple/rosemary focaccia plus the knowledge and confidence to continue baking at home.

Please bring a mixing bowl and tea towel, everything else will be provided.
