HAT _ History and Archaeology Taskforce

We are brimming over with history and want to work on, record and discover features and stories of the past. If you share an interest in revealing, safeguarding and investigating the long history of Sutton Park then this Top HAT could be for you!
Starting at 11:00 am - Finish mid afternoon
This session will be managing vegetation through the Iland compartment and carrying out a walkover survey of the area to record the locations of features associated with the buildings lost in this area if the site.
Please be aware this location can only be accessed by foot so external parking may be a short walk from the work site.
Tools and some light refreshments are provided but please bring your own lunch and please wear appropriate clothing and footwear.
