Not because women lack discipline—but because most health plans are designed for ideal conditions, not real life.
This is a small, in-person workshop for women who are capable, accomplished, and frustrated by the familiar cycle:
set ambitious goals → go all in → burn out → start over.
Instead of another plan, reset, or protocol, we’ll explore a more strategic, values-driven approach to health—one that focuses on systems that actually hold when life gets busy.
This is not a lecture or a sales event.
It’s a guided, thoughtful conversation in a small room.
This experience is for women who:
• Are successful in many areas of life but inconsistent with their health
• Are tired of chasing diets, challenges, or rigid routines
• Want a smarter, more sustainable way to approach long-term health
