Sourdough Making Class

Our 2-hour Sourdough Making Class is designed for up to 10 participants at my home kitchen in Lakewood Ranch.

Included in the class:
-Hands on instruction
-Active sourdough starter to kickstart your home baking
-Take-home mini loaf that we bake together on site
-Take-home dough that you mix on site for baking at a later time (must provide your own mixing bowl to take home)
-Printed instructional guide with my very own sourdough recipe
-Light refreshments of various sourdough flavors for sampling

What You'll Learn:
-How to mix, fold, and shape your dough
-Properly feed and maintain your starter
-Tips for scoring your loaf
-Kitchen tools that I recommend to help you on your sourdough journey

Classes are BYOB and we have a fun time learning all things sourdough!
