In this workshop, M/V Works Mortgages & Insurance will outline the pros and cons of buying and renting property, with a particular focus on the impact of the latest law changes on the housing market. They’ll explore this subject from four key perspectives: as a buyer, seller, landlord, and tenant. Additionally, M/V Works will discuss important topics including the evolution of the Dutch housing market, how to buy a house, your borrowing power, Dutch mortgage interest rates, and the mortgage application process.
