With the 3rd edition of our HYPERFOCUS concept, we invite you to a night that explores the outer edges of electronic music and celebrates curiosity over convention.
For this edition we have curated a stellar lineup featuring hypnotic visuals and deep rhythmic explorations.
Ground Floor — The Chill-Out Space
A quiet zone for slowing down and reconnecting. Cosmic visuals set the mood while the INDEX crew play sounds that encourage conversation and reflection. It’s a space to pause and enjoy music in a softer light.
Basement — The Black Hole
Downstairs, the energy deepens. Lights, smoke, and rhythm fill the space as live acts and DJs move through experimental club sounds.

Trois-Quarts Taxi System (Eloi Petillon) creates hypnotic soundscapes where dubstep, techno and electroacoustic elements collide in cerebral, psychedelic ways. His futuristic sound design and bold live sets have taken him from radio residencies to parties and festivals all over the world.

Cafe de la Jungle is the project of Tomasz K Zajac, fusing shamanic influences with downtempo, jungle, dubstep and techno. With exotic instrumentation and immersive soundscapes, he crafts boundary-pushing electronic journeys recognized by labels like Dans Records and QEONE.
Alberta Balsam

Expect glitchy rhythms, skittering percussion, sweeping ambient dreamscapes and wild synth freak-outs from Rotterdam-based Alberta Balsam. With releases on eminent labels such as Dekmantel and Clone, she channels the space-age spirit of early electronica, the techy, trippy vibes of 1990s IDM, and her lifelong love of science fiction.
Always searching for that sweet spot between IDM, breakbeats, bass, electro, and leftfield techno, Alberta recently launched her own label Terra Atomika. On this special night, we celebrate its third release from none other than Index resident Edward J.

Marijn S is a Dutch producer and DJ who contrasts raw breaks with ethereal textures, moving between dreamy IDM and heavy basslines. Her immersive sets and live shows have brought her to stages like Dekmantel, Garage Noord, and STOOR at ADE. During HYPERFOCUS she will perform a B2B set with Alberta Balsam.
Edward J (EP Release)

Edward J, formerly known as Generate, is an electronic musician living in The Hague. Blending jungle, breaks, and jazz, Edward creates emotive, detail-rich, bass-driven music with complex rhythms and refined melodies. As a core member of INDEX, Edward helps curate and organize events while also playing a key role in keeping the collective running.
During HYPERFOCUS, he will release his ‘Azurite’ EP which will be available as a beautiful swamp green limited edition vinyl, released on Alberta Balsam’s Terra Atomika.
Sacre (Live)

Sacre (Tom Polleau) is a French-born electronic artist now based in The Hague, where he runs the acclaimed Plor label dedicated to forward-thinking electronic music. As both label head and producer, he explores adventurous soundscapes and rhythms that push the boundaries of electronic expression. For this event he will present a live set of unique material, weaving atmospheric and daring musical journeys that showcase his distinctive vision.

Cosmox (Joris Hoefnagel) is not only one of the driving forces behind The Hague’s renowned The Crave Festival and co-manager of Subterra — a unique studio complex housed in a former atomic bunker — but also a gifted producer and DJ. Known for his versatile taste, he delivers energetic and genre-spanning DJ sets that explore the many corners of electronic music.

Born and raised in The Hague, Numtek aka Dylan Hallegraeff, he travelled to many parties and festivals during the years, at HYPERFOCUS he will be joining the Index Crew and will also be providing lasers and lights in the basement. To top it off, at HYPERFOCUS he will also release his forthcoming EP.
