A two-day Women’s Talking Circle Journey — a rare and deeply nourishing space created especially for women who hold space for others.
As therapists, we are often invited into the intimate stories of those we support. This journey invites you to gently turn inward — to reconnect with your own story, your wisdom, your wholeness. It is an opportunity to explore not only how we practice, but who we are becoming as women and as healers.
A women's talking circle is a gathering where women come together to share, experience, and connect with one another in a safe and supportive space. It's a form of community where women can be heard and seen without judgment.
The program is facilitated by Juliarna, who will lead the group through a journey of the Feminine Archetype presence in the everyday life of a woman - and will use different activities drawn from Practical Counselling exercises to explore our own stories and feelings, express our emotional responses, move in new ways, breath with intention, laugh and cry, share and be present together.
Juliarna has been a Passionate inspirer, empower and Carer of Women's growth and connection for many years and has been running regular outdoor and indoor yoga classes, Women's Retreats, Women's Circles and related workshops since 2018 through Wild Peace Unlimited. The focus is always around exploring and awakening the inner self to enable a whole hearted life lived to the fullest.
In addition to the very personal experience and introspective of the Talking Circle experience, you will also have the opportunity to receive a 2 hour supervision component into the workshop with the very insightful Counselling Mentor - Michelle Fairbrother of Healing Insights so that practitioners can count it towards their supervision budget and claim costs at tax time.
The program will span 2 Saturdays - the 11th and 25th of October from 9.30 to 4.30 each day at The Men's Shed at 98 Yoorala Street in The Gap.
Cost for the full workshop is $650 and you are requested to bring a share plate for lunch with tea, coffee and afternoon tea provided.
Note: $200 deposit is required to secure your place (non refundable but transferable) - the rest payable in parts by 1st September.
Spaces are limited to ensure depth and intimacy.
