Mastering Culinary Mushrooms – Fall Series (September - November 2025)

Learn to grow gourmet mushrooms at a “family scale”—enough for you or your household to enjoy ultra-fresh, delicious mushrooms every week. This hands-on workshop series focuses on Oyster, Lion’s Mane, and Shiitake mushrooms, teaching you to cultivate these varieties at home for a fraction of store-bought costs.

Using North Spore’s Boom Room tents, you’ll master the specific growing conditions and cycles for each mushroom type. Each session also includes a culinary tasting where you’ll experience mushrooms prepared by our expert facilitators and gain the cooking techniques to replicate them at home.
