Labyrinth Walk

A labyrinth is an ancient desgin with a single path that leads you on a journey toward the center. This event will guide you in learning how to. draw and make large scale labyrinths and have an opportunity to walk a labyrinth as a form of walking meditation and reflect on the experience with writing and discussion. Drawing and walking labyrinths can be a powerful practice to gain perspective on our life, to carry and alchemize our emotions and get new ideas.
