About the event

Support Your Infant's Gross Motor Development
This interactive session is perfect for caregivers of infants who are not yet walking. We’ll focus on key developmental milestones such as tummy time, rolling, sitting, and crawling. Discover fun, effective strategies to support your baby’s movement and growth, along with age-appropriate toy recommendations to encourage play and exploration.

The program will be led by Lana Roman, a registered physiotherapist in Ontario since 2013. Originally from southern Ontario, Lana earned a tennis scholarship to Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi, where she completed her Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to help guide you through your baby’s early developmental stages.
