About the workshop:
Your menstrual cycle is considered your fifth vital sign – a key indicator of overall health. This workshop is designed to help you understand how your cycle works, what might trigger common symptoms & how to support your cycle naturally.
We’ll cover:
- How to track & understand your cycle
- What affects the health & regularity of your cycle
- Symptoms such as irregular periods, pain, PMS, or absent cycles
- What to expect when coming off contraceptives
- Natural tools & testing options for better cycle awareness
This event is ideal for anyone wanting to take control of their hormonal health & gain a deeper understanding of their body.
This workshop takes place the week before Women’s Health Week & is a great opportunity to prioritise your wellbeing & start meaningful conversations about menstrual health. Product samples & a light snack will be provided. This is a free community event, run by our Qualified Naturopath, Kirra.
