Refund Policy

Event Cancellations

For All Cancellations (within 24 hours of the event): If you need to cancel within 24 hours of your event, please call or text us immediately for the quickest assistance. We may not see emails, help desk tickets, or social media messages in time to notify guests on our waiting list. Your prompt communication helps us greatly!

General Refund

Individual Reservations (less than 6 guests):
Full Refund: Provide at least 8 hours' notice for a full refund.
No-Shows: Guests who do not show up for their reservation will not receive a refund.
Group Reservations (6 or more guests):
Full Refund: Provide at least 48 hours' notice for a full refund.
Late Cancellation (less than 48 hours notice): We may retain a $100 fee. However, this fee may be waived if we can fill your spots from our waiting list.
Options for Late Cancellations: We may be able to transfer your tickets to another date.
Reservations Paid with a Deposit:
Deposits are Non-Refundable.
Alternative Options: We'd be happy to reschedule your event for another date, provide a gift card for a future purchase, or allow you to transfer your reservation to another event or another guest.
Reservations Financed with Affirm: All refund policies listed above apply equally to reservations made using Affirm.

Merchandise Purchased with Registration

If you purchased merchandise at the time of your registration and need to cancel your event:

Automatic Refund: The merchandise purchase will be automatically refunded.
Keeping Merchandise: If you'd like to keep the merchandise, please let us know. Standard shipping fees will apply if you wish for us to ship it to you. The guest discount (if applicable) will still be honored.

Leaving an Event Early

If you need to leave an event before it's halfway completed, you're invited back at a discounted rate of 50% off the standard reservation price. Please contact us for a discount code.

Refund Processing Time

Initiation: Terrell Ghosts typically initiates refunds immediately, or within 24 hours at most.
Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed by our office.
Bank Processing: Please note that your bank or payment processor may take a brief period to reflect the refund in your account, especially if processed on a federal holiday or weekend.
Inquiries: If you have any concerns about your refund status, please contact us.

Flexibility and Discretion

Transferring Reservations: All reservations are fully transferable to a friend, family member, or anyone else. We can also move your reservation to a different tour date.
Waiting List: If your reservation can be filled by someone on our waiting list or a last-minute guest, a refund will be issued regardless of the notice period.
Unexpected Circumstances: We understand that unexpected situations can arise. Our team uses discretion in every situation and strives to find a solution that works well for both you and Terrell Ghosts. We value your business and aim to make your experience as positive as possible, even in cancellations.
