Mindful Movement + Cupping with Jordyn & Casey

Join us for a 75-minute workshop combining slow, intentional movement and therapeutic cupping to promote deep release in the body and mind.
Led by Jordyn and Casey, this unique experience weaves together yin-inspired yoga and hands-on cupping therapy to help improve circulation, reduce muscle tension, and activate your body’s natural detoxification process.
As you move through long-held, grounding poses, Casey will apply cups to key areas of the body to help relieve stagnation, encourage lymphatic flow, and support full-body relaxation.
This session is designed to leave you feeling lighter, clearer, and more at home in your body.
What to bring:
– Yoga mat
– Shorts, tank top, or loose/comfy clothing (sports bras or racerback tank tops recommended for upper body access)
Please Note:
Cupping may cause temporary marks or bruising (called “Sha” in Chinese Medicine). This is a natural release of stagnation and part of the healing process. You’ll be asked to sign a short informed consent form prior to the workshop.
