🩷What is Heart Intelligence
We often think of the heart as just being located in the centre of the chest, but the power of our heart’s wisdom is located throughout our bodies, particularly in our hands and our feet, some of our most receptive and connective areas of the body that constantly interact with the world around us.
Being the most powerful transmitter and receiver of energy in our bodies, the heart wisely connects us to all levels of our being, and plays a large part in our relationship towards ourselves and to others around us.

*Practical information.
It’s recommended you bring a blanket and/or yoga mat and a cushion to be cosy and comfortable for the meditation practices. There will be chairs at the venue if you would prefer to sit.
Please arrive by 9.50 to get settled in ready to start at 10.
There is a kitchen on site, and we will be making Rose tea halfway through the session as part of our healing practice.
The practices carried out within the session are gentle. Any energy movement is nonstrenuous, designed to improve energy flow and bring us back into balance.
Paper and pens will be provided for any note making throughout the session.
