GRI: Business Skills

30 SAE, 10 CE Hours | Course # 0559 | Provider 4520 | Instructor: Amber Brown, #5270

The GRI designation is a powerful tool to attract and build new business. You'll increase your skill level across the entire landscape of real estate with in-depth training in legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards, and the sales process. In this 30-hour section- GRI: Business Skills - topics will include seller services, buyer services, technology, and environment & green building. Class dates (8:30am-5pm) 10/6, 10/10, 10/15, & 10/17 - You must attend all four days to receive credit for this course.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund if written notification is received by the Friday prior to the scheduled class, otherwise $50 will be deducted from your refund. No refunds will be issued after 5pm the day before the scheduled class. CLASS SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION IF MINIMUM REGISTRATION IS NOT MET.
