How do I purchase a ticket?
A: Tickets can be purchased from your unit ball committee representative or from CPT Devan Eppes in the BDE S-2. Tickets sales are cash only and you must have exact change.

How much do tickets cost?
A: Ticket prices are based off pay grade to accommodate all members of the 120th IN BDE. Ticket prices for each pay grade will increase by $10 on June 18th, 2025, so get your tickets early! The ticket price breakdown is as follows:
E1-E6: $45
E7-E8, WO1-WO3, O1-O3, DA Civilians: $55
E9+, WO4+, O4+: $65
Does my ticket include my guest?
A: No, tickets are for the admission of a singular individual. Everyone attending the ball must have their own ticket. Tickets prices for guests of a 120th IN BDE Soldier or Civilian are the same price as the ticket for the Soldier or Civilian’s pay grade.
What is the dress code?
A: Soldiers are encouraged to wear their ASUs, AGSUs, or mess dress, however Soldiers are also authorized to wear civilian formal clothing. Civilian attendees will also wear civilian formal.
Will there be a childcare option?
A: We are inquiring with local companies to pursue on-site childcare options. While nothing is confirmed yet, we are hoping to provide on-site childcare for a fee. We will share information as soon as it becomes available.
