Technique Classes with NRG

Two focused classes designed for dancers who want to excel and strengthen their individual technique, posture, musicality, and confidence.

Each week we explore a different technique concept specific to each dance style.

11:00 AM – Ballroom & Smooth
12:00 PM – Latin & Rhythm

$15 per class or $25 for both classes
No partner required | All levels welcome
