POC Women's Group

Join our POC Discussion Group. A supportive, culturally grounded space created for us and by us. Together, we’ll explore the intersections of mental health, healthy relationships, sexual wellness, and family/generational trauma. Through open dialogue, shared experiences, and collective wisdom, we’ll unpack the dynamics that shape our lives while building tools for healing, empowerment, and connection. Whether you’re seeking community, clarity, or simply a place to exhale, you’re welcome here.

This is an inclusive space for anyone in the woman-identifying POC community.
