Mid-Week Reset: Yin Yoga + Sound

This mid-week class is your invitation to pause, soften, and reset. We slow things down with long-held Yin postures designed to release tension and increase flexibility, both physically and energetically. From there, we transition into a sound meditation to help your nervous system recalibrate.

Expect candlelight, stillness, and a gentle but powerful shift in your state of being. You’ll leave class feeling lighter, more grounded, and restored.

What to bring:
Yoga mat
Water
Optional: a cozy blanket, bolster, or eye pillow

This class is open to all levels and perfect for anyone needing a mid-week pause. Come as you are and let the practice meet you there.
