Meditation Class with Chris

Life as Art draws from Zen and contemporary mindfulness traditions. In this workshop, we practice simply sitting and noticing—without judgment, analysis, or storytelling.

Through this simple attention, we become more intimate with our lived experience and begin to see through the filters that create unnecessary separation. Like an artist, we learn to meet life with intention, presence, and curiosity—discovering that beauty is available in every moment.
