Expecting a Baby? Interested in a Calm, Natural Birth Experience?
A 5-week in-person Hypnobirthing class is starting soon, taught by two certified doulas who have completed formal training and education to support families through birth.

Hypnobirthing focuses on using the mind-body connection to approach birth with confidence, relaxation, and intention — a great option for those hoping for a more natural and empowering birth experience.

� Class Details:

• Mondays starting the 19th at 6:00 PM

• 5 consecutive in week in-person series

• Led by certified doulas

• Class materials + refreshments included

• Birth partners welcome and a plus one (husband and mom for example
