Welcome to the HALFROX at Body Fit Training South Tempe!
Come join us January 3rd at BFT South Tempe for an afternoon of HYROX prep. With the Phoenix race fast approaching this will be a great way to test your skills and make improvements.
First wave will be at 1pm. Your wave will be assigned the day before.
