🌿 Eat Your Weeds: A Hands-On Nature Walk at ZNZ Farms & Campground 🌿
Join us for an unforgettable 3-hour Eat Your Weeds Nature Walk at ZNZ Farms & Campground on Saturday, March 7th at 11:00 AM—a truly immersive outdoor experience you won’t want to miss!
This interactive workshop is led by Shana Lipner Grover, a clinical herbalist, health and nutrition educator, field botanist, ethical wildcrafter, medicine maker, and lifelong student of wonder. Shana is the director and primary educator of Sage Country Herbs School of Botanical Studies in North County San Diego and brings deep knowledge, passion, and magic to every plant she teaches.
🌱 What to Expect:
• 1 hour guided plant hike across our scenic farm and campground, learning to identify edible and medicinal “weeds”
• 1 hour hands-on harvesting, gathering plants straight from the land
• 1 hour pesto-making workshop, where you’ll create and take home your own homemade wild W**d pesto
