Come join us for a fun and informative Lunch & Learn event at BellaSoul Farm! Located at 2127 Reliance Rd, this in-person gathering will be a hands-on, earth-centered workshop where we’ll explore the gifts of two powerful healing plants: jewelweed and stinging nettle as well as learning about other plants, wild life and trees.Together, we will: Learn how to identify, respectfully forage, and harvest native medicinal plants. Discover their healing properties and how to make infused oils, salves, and herbal teas. Discuss traditional and modern uses and benefits. Enjoy a light, nourishing lunch featuring local and foraged ingredients. Visit the farm animals and wade in the healing waters of Spring Creek. Sample and purchase homemade herbal bug repellent and other natural healing products to add to your medicine cabinet. This is a relaxed, informative gathering designed to nourish your soul, deepen your relationship with the land and its plant allies. Learn about nature and why our native pollinators are so important. Whether you're new to foraging or already working with herbs, all are welcome.What to bring:• A notebook or journal (fi you are inclined)• Comfortable walking shoes• Hat, water bottle, and sun protection• A chair or blanket for sitting outdoors• Optional: towel and water shoes for creek wading
