**You're Invited to a Community Potluck, Sweat Lodge Ceremony, and Drum Jam!**
Join us for a heartfelt gathering as we honor the elements and Mother Nature in a transformative Sweat Lodge ceremony. This sacred experience will guide us through four purposeful rounds of intention, allowing us to connect deeply with ourselves and the natural world around us. After the sweat, there will be a potluck and drum circle to develop connection with ourselves, nature, and our community.
**Schedule of the Day:**
**Arrival:** People will start arriving at Hippie Noon, or 12:00pm.
**Sweat Lodge Ceremony:**
Shortly before midday, the Sweat Lodge ceremony will begin. We will have a sound bath during the heating of the rocks, and together, we will express our gratitude and intentions in a supportive, spiritual environment.
**Potluck & Snacks:**
Once the ceremony ends, there will be some snacks and a potluck provided by the community.
**Evening Drumming:**
After the ceremony, join us for an evening of drumming and connection as we celebrate our shared experiences and the energies we've invoked.
**What to Bring:**
A dish to share for the potluck, your open heart, and a willingness to connect with nature and community.
All are welcome with pure intentions! Let’s come together to honor the earth and each other in this sacred space. Sweat Lodge ceremony is free with donations accepted, and camping is available for those who wish to stay the night.
